Hi there! I’m Eric Parmelee, the founder of BluuPrint CFO, and we are here to make finances feel a lot less daunting and a whole lot more manageable.

Before we jumped into helping businesses like yours, I spent years climbing the ladder in the world of big finance. My career kicked off in investment banking, where I learned how to analyze numbers like a pro and master the art of strategic planning. After that, I dived into private equity, uncovering what makes businesses shine and how they can grow successfully.

Then came my time as a Controller and VP of Finance for companies of all shapes and sizes. From small startups making $1 million a year to industry giants pulling in over $10 billion, I’ve seen it all. One of the companies I worked with even caught the eye of Blackstone Capital, leading to a big acquisition.

Sounds fancy, right? It was. But here’s the thing: I realized the most rewarding part of my job wasn’t working with massive corporations. It was rolling up my sleeves and helping small to medium-sized businesses—the ones with real stories, big dreams, and owners who care deeply about their work.

 

That’s why I stepped away from the corporate hustle to start BluuPrint CFO. My goal? To make financial clarity accessible, actionable, and maybe even a little enjoyable (yes, really!).
